Prices

Online prices are subject to change. Forever 21 reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you receive confirmation of your order, the price payable in respect of that order will not be changed. Most Forever 21 products displayed online are available in select Forever 21 stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed online may not be available in Forever 21 stores. Online prices or promotions may vary and may differ from in-store pricing.

Please note that despite careful updates, from time to time there may be information on Forever21.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you are not completely satisfied with your Forever 21.com purchase, you may return domestic US orders with your invoice to any Forever 21 store or by mail. International orders cannot be returned to a Forever 21 store and must be returned by mail. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Price Match Policy

We will match Forever21.com website prices for the same item being sold at a lower price than the price marked in-store at our Forever 21 store. The following limitations apply:

• Price match must be requested prior to purchase;
• Item must be the same with the identical item code;
• Item must be in-stock on the Forever21.com website at the time of the request;
• Price match will be compared to the marked (displayed / selling / “Now”) price on Forever21.com or Forever 21 app product detail page.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities to one-per-customer, per item, per day

We will not match:

• Prices advertised by competitors;
• On-line and In-App prices resulting from errors;
• Prices on any item already purchased;
• On-line and In-App discounts requiring a promotional code;
• Order-level promotions
• On-line and In-App only promotions
• On-line and In-App Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals
• On-line and In-App pricing where specifically mentioned as On-line or In-App only.

The store manager at Forever 21 has the final authority on any decision related to the price match. We reserve the right to modify the price match policy at any time.
